Our renovation services cover Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Pool construction is available in Maryland and DC. We’re based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, so coverage does vary slightly between the two services. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, give us a call and we’ll confirm.

How long does it take to build a custom concrete pool in Maryland?
Once a permit is obtained and Miss Utility clearance is confirmed, construction typically takes 14–16 weeks to complete. Weather, holidays, and county inspection schedules can all affect that timeline. Mazariegos Brothers handles permitting and calls for inspections on your behalf unless your contract specifies otherwise.

Do you build hardscape features alongside pool construction, or as a separate project?
We build and renovate concrete pools and handle the hardscape and landscape work around them, including sidewalks, firepits, and pool decking. Coordinating those elements together lets us plan grading, drainage, and surface transitions as one design rather than two separate ones. Arturo works personally on every project and walks through design options with you from the start, whether you’re adding features to an existing yard or building from the ground up.

Yes. Mazariegos Brothers is fully licensed and insured. We hold MHIC license #135073, as required by Maryland law for contractors performing home improvement work. Hiring an MHIC-licensed contractor also connects you to the Maryland Home Improvement Guaranty Fund for added financial protection.
